Who is eligible to nominate or be nominated?
Both the nominator and the nominated mom must be:
- 18 years of age or older at the time of nomination
- A legal resident of the United States with a valid U.S. mailing address
Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of The Cozy Method Co and its affiliates are not eligible.
Do I need to make a purchase to participate?
No purchase is necessary to nominate or to win. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of being selected. This program is completely free to enter.
How do I submit a nomination?
Fill out the form above. You'll need to share:
- Your name and email (so we can let you know if she's selected)
- Her name and your relationship to her
- A written story — approximately 300–500 words — about why she deserves this
- Optional: a photo link
- Confirmation that you're both 18+ U.S. residents
Limit: One nomination per person per Award Period. Multiple nominations from the same person in the same period will result in disqualification.
How is the winner selected?
This is not a random drawing. Every nomination is read by the Sponsor (The Cozy Method Co), and the winner is chosen based on the quality, sincerity, and content of the story.
Judging criteria include: the story's authenticity and emotional resonance, the nominee's circumstances, and the overall thoughtfulness of the nomination. The Sponsor's decision is final and binding.
What is the prize?
One winner per Award Period receives their choice of:
- One (1) blanket of her choice from the current Cozy Method Co collection, OR
- One (1) blanket & hoodie bundle, if available at the time of selection
Approximate Retail Value: $65–$140 USD. Prize includes free standard U.S. shipping. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent is offered. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
How will the winner be notified?
The winning nominee will be contacted by email within 7 days of selection — either directly, or through the nominator who submitted her story.
The winner must respond within 14 days. If there's no response or the winner is found ineligible, an alternate will be selected from the same Award Period's pool. The nominator will also receive a separate thank-you notification.
When are winners chosen?
Winners are selected approximately every two months (an "Award Period"). We'll announce when each nomination window opens and closes on this page and in our email newsletter.
Nominations submitted outside an active window may be held for consideration in the next Award Period, at our discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, or skip an Award Period at any time.
What about my privacy? What happens to the nomination data?
By submitting, you consent to The Cozy Method Co collecting and using your name, email, nominee's name, and story solely for evaluating nominations and communicating about the program. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Nominations that aren't selected may be retained for up to 12 months for future Award Periods, then securely deleted. To request deletion sooner, email us at cozy-method-co@polsia.app. This program complies with applicable U.S. federal and Minnesota state privacy laws.
Will the winner's story be shared publicly?
By accepting the prize, the winner grants The Cozy Method Co the right to use her name, photo (if provided and consented to), and story for editorial and promotional purposes — including our newsletter, website, and social media (@cozymethodco) — without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The winner can decline publicity use by notifying us in writing at the time of prize acceptance. Declining does not affect prize eligibility.
What law governs this contest?
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
This program complies with the Minnesota prize award contest statute (Minn. Stat. §§ 325F.755 et seq.) and related Minnesota consumer protection regulations. The approximate retail value of prizes offered in any twelve-month period does not exceed $5,000; no registration with the Minnesota Attorney General is required, but Official Rules are publicly disclosed as required by law.

Can the program be changed or cancelled?
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, extend, or terminate any Award Period; modify these Official Rules; disqualify any individual acting in bad faith; or cancel the program entirely if its integrity is compromised. Material changes will be announced on this page.
