2. Products & Orders

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We are a print-on-demand business, meaning each product is manufactured after an order is placed. This affects fulfillment timelines — see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Product images are representative. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and print production. These variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax may be applied at checkout where legally required.

Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence to cozy-method-co@polsia.app. See our full Returns policy for complete details.

6. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are available for purchase and are delivered by email. Gift cards have no expiration date. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift card codes are the responsibility of the recipient.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, product designs, logos, and brand elements — is the property of The Cozy Method Co or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
