Official Rules — "Nominate a Mom" Program

1. Sponsor

This program is sponsored by The Cozy Method Co ("Sponsor"), a sole proprietorship based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

2. Eligibility

To nominate and to be nominated, individuals must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of nomination
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have a valid U.S. mailing address to receive the prize

Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of The Cozy Method Co and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Ineligible entrants will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to nominate or to win. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of selection.

Alternate Method of Entry: To nominate without using the online form, send a written nomination letter by postal mail to The Cozy Method Co, Minneapolis, MN, Attn: Nominate a Mom Program. The letter must include: nominator's full name, nominator's email address, nominee's full name, your relationship to the nominee, and a brief story (approximately 300–500 words) explaining why this mom deserves to receive a free blanket. Please include a statement confirming that you are 18 years of age or older and that you agree to these Official Rules. One nomination per person per program period.

This program is void where prohibited by applicable law.

4. Program Period

Nominations are accepted on an ongoing basis. Winners are selected approximately every two (2) months (the "Award Period"). Each Award Period will have a defined nomination window; the Sponsor will announce on the website and/or via email newsletter when each window opens and closes. Nominations submitted outside an active window will be held for consideration in the next Award Period at the Sponsor's discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, or skip an Award Period at any time.

5. How to Enter

To submit a nomination, visit cozy-method-co.polsia.app/nominate and complete the nomination form, which requires:

1. Nominator's full name
2. Nominator's email address
3. Nominee's full name
4. Nominator's relationship to the nominee
5. A written story explaining why this mom deserves to receive a free blanket or bundle (approximately 300–500 words)
6. Optional: a photo link of the nominee (for use in the winner spotlight with consent)
7. Confirmation that the nominator is 18 years of age or older and that the nominee is also 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident
8. Agreement to these Official Rules

Limit: One (1) nomination per nominator per Award Period. Multiple nominations from the same individual in the same Award Period will result in disqualification.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete entries, lost or misdirected submissions, or any other entry errors.

6. Winner Selection

This is a merit-based program, not a random drawing. The winner is selected by the Sponsor based solely on the quality, sincerity, and content of the nomination story. Judging criteria include, but are not limited to: the story's authenticity and emotional resonance, the nominee's circumstances as described, and the overall thoughtfulness of the nomination.

The Sponsor's decision is final and binding. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents are permitted, except as provided herein.

In the event that a selected nominee is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor will select an alternate nominee from the remaining pool of nominations for that Award Period.

7. Prize

One (1) winner per Award Period will receive:

• One (1) blanket of her choice from the current Cozy Method Co collection, OR
• One (1) blanket & hoodie bundle of her choice, if a bundle is available at the time of selection

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $65–$140 USD, depending on the product selected. The specific ARV depends on the product available and selected at the time of the award.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected product is unavailable. Standard product conditions, sizing availability, and shipping terms apply. Free standard U.S. shipping is included. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

The Sponsor will deliver the prize to the winning nominee at the U.S. mailing address she provides upon notification. Addresses outside the United States are not eligible.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of selection. The email will be sent to the winning nominee directly if contact information is available, or to the nominator who will be asked to facilitate contact.

The winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days of the notification being sent. If the winner does not respond within this period, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the same Award Period's nomination pool.

The nominator will receive a separate notification when the nominee is selected, thanking them for their submission.

9. Privacy & Data Use

By submitting a nomination, the nominator consents to the collection and use of the following personal information by The Cozy Method Co:

• Nominator's name and email address, for the purpose of communicating about the nomination and notifying the nominator if their nominee is selected
• Nominee's name and the nomination story, for the purpose of evaluating the nomination
• Optional photo submitted by the nominator, for use in winner spotlight content if the nominee is selected and consents to publication

Nomination data is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Nominations that are not selected may be retained for a period of up to twelve (12) months and considered for future Award Periods at the Sponsor's discretion, after which they will be securely deleted.

The Sponsor's collection and use of personal information is also governed by its Privacy Policy. Individuals may request deletion of their submission data by contacting cozy-method-co@polsia.app.

This program complies with applicable U.S. federal and Minnesota state privacy laws.

10. Publicity & Consent

By accepting the prize, the winning nominee grants The Cozy Method Co the right to use her name, likeness, photo (if provided and consented to), and nomination story for editorial and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Sponsor's newsletter, website, and social media channels (@cozymethodco), without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

The winner may decline publicity use by notifying the Sponsor in writing at the time of prize acceptance. Declining publicity will not affect prize eligibility.

By submitting a nomination, the nominator represents that they have the authority to share the nominee's name and story, and that the nominee is aware of and consents to the potential publication of her story if selected.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, The Cozy Method Co and its owners, agents, and assigns (collectively "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from: (a) participation in this program; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (c) technical failures or errors in the submission process; or (d) any typographical, printing, or other errors in materials associated with this program.

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, and damages arising from their participation in the program or their acceptance of a prize. The Sponsor's total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the approximate retail value of the prize.

12. Governing Law

This program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

This program complies with the Minnesota prize award contest statute (Minn. Stat. §§ 325F.755 et seq.) and related Minnesota consumer protection regulations. The approximate retail value of prizes offered in any twelve-month period does not exceed $5,000, and accordingly no registration with the Minnesota Attorney General is required; however, these Official Rules are publicly disclosed as required by law.

13. Right to Modify or Cancel

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to: (a) modify, extend, or terminate any Award Period; (b) modify these Official Rules; (c) disqualify any individual who tampers with the submission process or acts in bad faith; or (d) cancel the program entirely if, in the Sponsor's judgment, the integrity of the program is compromised.

Material changes to the program will be announced on the nomination page at cozy-method-co.polsia.app/nominate.
