We're a print-on-demand business, which means every blanket is made fresh when you order it. Here's exactly what that means for shipping times, returns, and everything in between.

How our fulfillment works

The Cozy Method Co is a print-on-demand business. That means your blanket is not sitting in a warehouse — it's made specifically for you after you order. This lets us offer more designs, reduce waste, and deliver a product that hasn't been sitting in storage for months.

Here's the honest version of the timeline:

Production: 2–7 business days Your blanket is printed, quality-checked, and packaged

Shipping: 3–7 business days You receive a tracking number; package arrives via USPS or UPS

Delivery: 5–14 business days total From the day you order to it landing on your doorstep

Tracking is included with every order. You'll receive an email with your tracking link once your blanket ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — carrier delays can occur, especially during peak seasons.

Our return policy

Because every blanket is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This is a standard policy for print-on-demand businesses and it's the honest tradeoff for being able to offer so many designs without waste.

However, we will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end:

We'll replace it
  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Printing error or color mismatch
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Significant quality issue
Not eligible for return
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (please check our Size Guide)
  • Slight color variation due to screen calibration
  • Claims made more than 14 days after delivery

To report a problem, email us at cozy-method-co@polsia.app within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it out quickly.

Exchanges

We're unable to process size or design exchanges — since each blanket is made to order, there's no inventory to swap. If you're unsure about size before ordering, check our Size Guide or reach out — we're happy to help you choose.
